Shipping and Delivery


1. European Union (EU) customers, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the EU due to changes in the VAT laws. 

If you would still like to make a purchase kindly drop us an email at and we can make arrangements for you. 

Do take note that you will be responsible for all taxes charged on your orders arrival in your country. 

Please take note that delivery delays caused by Covid 19 or the holiday season are out of our hands and we have no control over these situations.

We ask for your patience and kind understanding during this time. 

Shipping Policy

Local orders: All local orders are sent out via PosLaju 
Minimum order amount of RM50

International orders:

All international orders to countries outside of the EU are shipping as usual

Local Malaysian post has temporarily suspended all outbound international mail since the middle of last year and as such we have had to find alternatives. 

We are currently using FedEx and DHL for all our international packages. If you'd prefer one or the other kindly make a note in your order, otherwise we will choose one for your order. We understand the prices are a little steeper but this ensures that you can still receive your packages and in a much faster time frame (2-3 days to less than a week depending on your location) than via regular mail. 

*if you get a message saying "some items do not ship to your area" kindly send us an email at and we'll be more than happy to help you out :) 

**some addresses fall under an "out of delivery area" and there is an added surcharge for this. If your address happens to fall under this category we will reach out to you via email for options you can take
