The Platinum Classic inks have great water resistance and fascinating color-shifting properties as it is made using the traditional iron gall formulas. Its iron component oxidizes from clear to dark gray as it dries. Hence, it transforms the ink into a sophisticated off-black color right before your eyes. The bottle holds 60ml of ink.

 To be safe, it is recommended that users clean their pen every month or so even though the modern iron gall inks are much gentler than their more acidic predecessors.
