I took a rest for more than three months at the beginning of this year 
But during this time, because of the huge amount of new information being received every day, instead I became restless,
Feeling particularly weak for myself during rest. 
Suddenly I remembered the question that came to my mind when studying music scores at the end of last year, Is each of us playing a piece of music? 
Quarter notes, rests, sharps, flats... etc.,
All seem to be able to describe the state we are encountering now. 
And me at rest,
Maybe it’s the full rest that was played,
It’s just that the rest lasts for a few bars this time,
I feel cute after thinking about it,
So I grabbed a few notes and wrote a score.
